It launched is-agentic.com with ora.ai (scans are run by ora.ai), its BotID and bot verification identify verified bots including Web Bot Auth signers, and it documents deploying MCP servers with the mcp-handler package. 1.What is is-agentic.com?

is-agentic.com scores 'how ready a website is for AI agents, then get evidence and recommendations to improve it.' Vercel created the service with ora.ai, and ora.ai runs the scans; the footer reads 'Powered by Ora.' Checks come in three tiers: essential (server-rendered content, correct HTTP behaviour, clear document structure, recoverable errors, usable controls), recommended (activated by what a site offers, such as APIs, OAuth, GraphQL, MCP servers, developer portals and commerce), and bonus (limited credit for emerging formats; their absence does not lower the score). ora.ai's announcement gives the points as 80 essential, 20 recommended and up to 5 bonus.

2.How does Vercel handle verified bots and agents?

Vercel BotID can identify verified bots separately from other automation (botid@1.5.0 and above). checkBotId() returns isVerifiedBot, verifiedBotName and verifiedBotCategory, so an endpoint can, for example, allow ChatGPT Operator (verifiedBotName 'chatgpt-operator') and block other bots. Vercel maintains a directory of known and verified bots at bots.fyi, and its changelog announced that Vercel's bot verification supports Web Bot Auth.

3.Can you host an MCP server on Vercel?

Yes. Vercel documents deploying MCP servers as API routes with the mcp-handler package, which clients such as Cursor then connect to by URL.
